Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly per procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, stocked, and organized.
• Report issues in guest rooms (fixtures, locks, TVs, HVAC) to maintenance.
• Maintain security of equipment, keys and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found items to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely manner.
