ARK is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented housekeeper to help ensure our hotel guests have a spotless, comfortable stay. You will perform basic cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and keep restrooms and common areas tidy; you should enjoy working on a team and communicating clearly with guests.

The role emphasizes reliability and strong work ethic, with compensation of 14 USD per hour. Prior housekeeping experience is valued, and high school or equivalent diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Impeccable work ethic and strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Over 1 year of professional housekeeping experience strongly desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby.
• Answer general questions from guests.
• Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival.
• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed.
• Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and do other cleaning duties as assigned.
