Job summary

HomeTowne Studios & Suites by Red Roof in Gainesville, GA is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join our team. The role involves greeting guests, cleaning rooms, changing linens, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety per OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year hotel cleaning or similar experience preferred
• Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required
• Must maintain professional appearance in provided uniform

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and smile while performing all guest related services
• Remove and replace dirty linens and towels, change and make beds
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, sinks, fridge, floors, etc.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations and requirements
• Communicate with front desk about room information and discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data
• Perform self-room inspections and respond to feedback from management
• Cross train in laundry/maintenance/front desk as possible
• Perform all other duties as assigned
