Job summary

Residence Inn Annapolis by Marriott, part of Colwen Hotels, is seeking a full-time housekeeper to join our team. You will perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring brand standards and guest privacy are maintained.

This role includes a $500 hiring bonus and a schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Pay starts at $15.50–$16.00 per hour, with benefits offered to eligible colleagues.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a cleaner or hotel housekeeper preferred.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Respect guests' privacy and maintain high integrity.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Ability to work with little supervision and stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• Receive list of rooms from manager and prioritize cleaning.
• Clean and restock guest rooms per brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure supplies and cart are stocked and maintained.
• Perform duties to meet hotel standards and conduct final room check.
