Job summary

Bragg Hospitality is seeking a housekeeping team member to clean guest rooms, lobby areas, hallways, and the laundry room. You will restock supplies, greet guests, and uphold cleaning standards while staying on schedule. The role includes laundering linens and assisting in maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Applicants should be prepared for routine lifting and to work as part of a hospitality-focused team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairways, and the laundry room.
• Follow our cleaning standards and finish each area on time.
• Restock supplies in rooms and restrooms - bathroom items, towels, and sheets.
• Take out trash and waste and drop it at the disposal area.
• Keep your housekeeping cart stocked, organized, and ready to go.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile whenever you see them.
• Wash the hotel's laundry - sort, wash, dry, fold, and put away the sheets and towels.
• Help keep the laundry room clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and security rules to protect yourself, our guests, and their belongings.
• Use all cleaning products, chemicals, and tools the safe way to avoid injury or damage.
• This list covers your main duties but is not limited to what's above you may be asked to help with other tasks as needed.
• Heavy lifting may be required from time to time.
