Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Ogden is seeking a motivated housekeeper to provide exceptional guest experiences. You'll be responsible for cleaning rooms, maintaining common areas, and responding to guest inquiries.

The ideal candidate has over a year of housekeeping experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and is willing to work hard to maintain the hotel's standards. Compensation is set at $15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Write down what rooms were cleaned and report any damage.

Responsibilities

• Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock rooms with toiletries, and do laundry as needed
• Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel’s standard before guests arrive
• Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
• Respond to general inquiries from guests

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
• Over 1 year as a professional housekeeper strongly desired
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation

$15 hourly
