Job summary

Bloom Hotel is seeking a dependable Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable rooms and uphold our standards. You will clean guest rooms, replace linens, towels, and amenities, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to work independently or with a team, and committed to punctuality. Training is provided, and US work authorization is required. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, in-person work location.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and maintaining hotel cleanliness according to our standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linens.
• Replace towels and replenish guest room amenities.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs.
• Dust furniture and clean room surfaces.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors as needed.
• Empty trash and remove used linens from guest rooms.
• Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, organized, and ready for guests.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or unusual room conditions to management.
• Keep housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within the scheduled shift.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests.
• Assist with stayover rooms, public areas, laundry, or other housekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow assigned schedules.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
