As a Hotel Host Lead, you will be key in bringing this experience to life by providing welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service in a clean, comfortable environment.

• Serve as the first contact for guest concerns, with specific service recovery options set by each hotel
• Train all new Hotel Hosts
• Conduct daily huddles for communication of day’s events to all Hotel Hosts
• Manage Food & Beverage inventory and ordering
• Oversee FIFO (first in/first out) process with Food & Beverage
• Conduct property tours for new hires and clients to support the Sales department
• Oversee group reservations, ensuring they are pre-assigned and pre-keyed
• Initiate morning boards for Housekeeping
• Perform walk-throughs of public areas and kitchens, providing follow-up reports to management
• Manage proper setup and teardown of meeting rooms for internal and external clients
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management
• Control inventory of Hotel Host Stand supplies and kitchen supplies
• Follow up on City Ledger notices
• Handle billing for Expedia/hotels.com

Successful Hotel Host Leads demonstrate attentiveness, create engaging conversations, and establish genuine connections with guests.

Qualifications
