Qualifications

  • Manage the Hotel Host Stand (Front Desk), Placery Café, and Guest Kitchen.
  • Facilitate guest check-in and check-out, and service meeting rooms.
  • Operate hotel shuttle van and assist guests with needs.

Responsibilities include managing the Hotel Host Stand (Front Desk), the Placery Café, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room, guest check-in and check-out, hotel shuttle van, and servicing meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and effective communication skills are required.

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 20 lbs
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
