Job summary

Hyatt Place El Paso Airport is seeking a Hotel Host to deliver welcoming, helpful service and maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests. You will handle guest check-in/out, support the Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen and meeting rooms, and ensure a high standard of hospitality throughout the property.

The role requires strong English communication, guest interaction skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with flexibility for AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in hotel or related field.

The Hotel Host creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for the complete guest experience: the Hotel Host Stand, the Bakery Café, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room and the TV den, guest check in and out and the servicing of the meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience, ability to communicate well with guests required.
