Job summary

Ivy Hospitality in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a Van Shuttle Driver to enhance guest experience by providing safe, timely transportation. You will transport guests, assist with luggage, and keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. We offer benefits after 30 days and a competitive pay of $15 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with evidence of insurability; good driving record required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and knowledge of local attractions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, push/pull carts up to 200 lbs, and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to/from destinations, following traffic regulations.
• Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance needs.
• Document trips and any incidents for reporting to management.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Ensure vehicle is ready for next trip and adhere to safety protocols.
