SUMMARY:

Kenwood Inn and Spa has two openings for part-time Guest Services Associates. As a Guest Service Associate, you'll be the primary contact for guests from reservation to check-out, ensuring an enjoyable stay through warm greetings, assistance in planning, answering questions, and resolving issues. Your passion for helping others, attention to detail, and dedication to exceeding guest expectations will make you a vital part of our small team.

When we need you

  • New Hire 1: Sunday 2:30pm-11pm, Monday 11:30am-8pm, Thursday 11:30am-8pm
  • New Hire 2: Sunday 11:30am-8pm, Tuesday 11:30am-8pm
What You'll Do
  • Create a warm, friendly environment for guests and team members
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout guests' stay, being proactive and helpful
  • Offer ideas to enhance guests' experience: promote packages, local recommendations, assist with reservations and appointments
  • Engage with guests via in-person, email, phone, and text communication
  • Handle hotel calls: answer questions, provide info on rooms and rates, manage reservations, and offer local tips
  • Manage arrivals: greet guests, check-in, assign rooms, verify IDs, process payments, and assist with room directions
  • Manage departures: gather feedback, resolve issues, process payments, and finalize bills
  • In the absence of management, oversee hotel operations and support staff as needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen teams on guest requests and schedule updates
  • Uphold Four Sisters Inns' core values: Grace, Grit, Attentiveness, Adaptability, and Going Above & Beyond
  • Promote the collection by developing knowledge of other inns and sharing information with guests
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned
