What You’ll Do:
You will be at the center of the hotel's universe—the front office. We need someone to be the face at our front desk. If you are happy, outgoing, and enjoy creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, then this could be the job for you. In addition to spreading joy, you’ll ensure all guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out.
A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay, and you’ll play a huge role in this. We are looking for you to OWN the front desk area.

Where You’ve Been:
We’re looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and preferably three to six months of related experience. Most importantly, you must be a people-person! You will need to interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner, fulfilling requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner. If you don't work well under pressure, this won’t be a great fit.
When You’re Here:
Sometimes you’ll be behind the desk—but also be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs, and more. You must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
