TownePlace Suites- Coeur D'Alene, Idaho is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to create clean, comfortable spaces and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will own daily housekeeping tasks, prioritize rooms by need, and support new team members while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of housekeeping or related hospitality experience.
• Experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Proficiency in cleaning techniques, procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and associates.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms efficiently while meeting hotel brand standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean bathrooms.
• Replenish toiletries and guest amenities.
• Prioritize daily cleaning based on check-in/check-out times and needs.
• Identify and respond to special guest requests and preferences.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and quality standards.
• Report maintenance concerns and damaged items.
• Maintain stocked cleaning supplies and work areas.
• Clean lobbies and other common spaces as assigned.
• Follow safety and chemical-handling procedures.
