Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX seeks a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor spaces, ensure safety, and support a welcoming hotel environment.

You will perform routine cleaning, operate power tools, monitor property conditions, and assist guests with courtesy while following safety policies. The role offers a stable full-time schedule and opportunities within a upscale resort setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a groundskeeper preferred.
• Ability to assist guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage workload in a dynamic environment.
• Move, bend, lift, carry objects of moderate to heavy weight.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Wear personal protective equipment when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all outdoor hotel property (i.e. sidewalk, drives, parking lot).
• Keep the hotel property in good condition.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Open and close work requests.
• Use moderate to heavy equipment to complete duties as assigned, i.e. leaf blower, power washer, etc.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure clean uniform and professional personal appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
