Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent hospitality/business degree.
• 5+ years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the property's operations, team development, guest experience and financial performance.
• Oversee staffing: recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain brand standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction across departments.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budget, revenue plan and sales strategy.
