Job summary

Grand Hyatt San Antonio is seeking an Hotel General Maintenance Engineer B to respond to guest room calls and manage maintenance across the property. The role requires basic troubleshooting across electrical, plumbing, and building systems, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

As part of Hyatt, you will work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays, and benefit from comprehensive health insurance, retirement options, and generous time off after probation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible Overnight (11pm-8am) schedule and weekends and holidays.
• Preferred candidates will have at least two years of general maintenance experience, and at least one year of hotel experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Good verbal communication skills.
