Job description

You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready.
  2. Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers.
  3. Handle customer complaints as necessary.
  4. Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information.
  5. Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
  6. Any additional assigned projects in other departments.
Qualifications:
  1. Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent.
  2. At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred.
  3. Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations.
  4. Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  5. Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:

$12 - $14 hourly
