Residence Inn by Marriott in East Peoria is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! We are looking for individuals who are able to work Part-Time, 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm.

Approx. 24-32 hrs/wk. Must have weekend availability!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provides high-quality customer service.
  2. Handles guest reservations.
  3. Answers and transfers phone calls.
  4. Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
  5. Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  3. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
