Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Responsibilities
  1. Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information.
  2. Perform regular bookkeeping duties: ensure hotel guest information is current and accurate.
  3. Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are ready.
  4. Handle customer complaints when necessary.
  5. Answer incoming calls and inquiries about room bookings, rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests, both in-person and online.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable handling telephone calls and managing stressful situations.
  • At least one year of hospitality experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar role preferred.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
Compensation

$15 per hour

Location

Our hotel is 10 minutes from San Antonio International Airport via free shuttle. We are within a mile of local shops, dining, and entertainment venues. Highway 281 is 12 miles north of downtown San Antonio, passing by attractions such as the San Antonio Zoo, DoSeum, and Botanical Garden.
