Job description

You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Responsibilities:
  1. Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information.
  2. Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
  3. Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct.
  4. Mitigate customer complaints as needed.
  5. Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests.
Qualifications:
  1. 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred.
  2. Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  3. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  4. Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
Compensation:

$17 - $18.50 hourly
