You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Responsibilities: • Handle customer complaints as necessary • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • Must be available at least two evening shifts (3-11 pm) and at least two morning shifts (7-3 pm) - schedules are based on hotel demand. • Opera experience is required. • Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift, excluding break periods. Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
