This onsite program enables you to prepare credit materials, support risk reviews, and keep client documentation aligned as transactions and reporting needs arise.

You will gain experience building credit studies, maintaining records, and collaborating with officers, while supporting compliance across a growing hotel lending

Qualifications

• Accounting knowledge and coursework.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Interest in Commercial Banking.
• Ability to self-motivate and work without supervision.
• Entry-level speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spread, manage, and maintain financial background information on present and prospective customers.
• Develop credit studies for Loan Officers and senior management.
• Prepare a variety of credit department reports and analyses.
• Support credit administration in evaluating credit and collateral information.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support treasury management products and related documents.
• Produce loan packages for new and restructured loans.
• Monitor loan disbursements to ensure compliance with bank regulations.
