Working in Food and Beverage at our Disneyland Resort Hotels, you will have the opportunity to make lasting impressions in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment!

Hotel Food and Beverage Cast Members bring the Magic of Disney Dining to our Resort Hotels. Bushelp (Busser) Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, stock all supplies and condiments, maintain drink and serving stations, and assist servers by delivering water to tables.

• Provide exceptional Guest Service to all Hotel Guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas
• Clear dining tables and transport dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
• Replenish the supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
• Assist servers by delivering bread and water to Guests, occasionally refilling beverages if needed
• Interact with Guests, providing exemplary service with genuine interest
• Clean floors, chairs, and tables and respond to spills in dining area

Basic Qualifications:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• 1+ years bussing experience at a high-volume, high-end restaurant
• Willing to actively greet and welcome Guests
• Knowledge of food presentation and quality standards
• Excellent Guest Service and service recovery skills
• Sense of urgency and efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive in resolving Guest situations

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years serving experience in a high-end restaurant
• 1+ years in a 4/5 Star Hotel or Resort
• Knowledge of Forbes standards
• Alcohol Awareness Training (e.g., RVP, TIPS)

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY: Our Hotels operate 24/7, with shifts starting as early as 5:00am and ending as late as 3:00am or later. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours is required.
