Job Description

As the Hotel FOH Supervisor at LEGOLAND Florida Resort, you will plan, guide, and execute food and beverage services with a focus on meeting operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. You will serve as a key operations leader responsible for developing and implementing service solutions tailored to customer preferences.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
  2. Reward and recognize employees.
  3. Ensure individual and team performance meet objectives and client expectations.
  4. Plan and lead daily team briefings.
  5. Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
  6. Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements.
  7. Deliver client and company financial targets.
  8. Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
  9. Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
  10. Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives.
  11. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
  12. Follow all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage, and hour.
Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management.
  • Prior experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including team management.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work an event-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and/or PPE may be required.
