EOS Hospitality is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and execution across its hotel portfolio in New York. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives aligned with brand standards and owner expectations.

The successful candidate will oversee area models and finance teams, ensure strong internal controls, and communicate effectively with owners and auditors while maintaining high standards of integrity and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Five years' minimum lifestyle hotel financial management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in hotel software including Micros, OPERA, On-Q, ProfitSword, M3.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with the public and staff.
• Analytical skills to identify revenue opportunities and shortfalls.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Self-starter with strong presentation skills.
• Proven track record in hotel distribution and revenue strategy.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills and flexibility in schedule.

Responsabilités

• Detailed understanding and execution of Month-End processes and financial statements.
• Analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budgets.
• Develops and implements new business plans to improve profitability.
• Creates the annual operating budget for the property.
• Provides analytical support during budget reviews to identify cost savings.
• Implements controls to manage business risks and protect assets.
• Leads financial teams across multiple properties under the same flag.
• Maintains strong communication with owners and auditors.
