Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training and two years of experience in general building maintenance or construction.
• Responsible for safety and compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Able to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication for coordinating with teams and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs for interior/exterior areas, hotel rooms, and equipment.
• Ensure equipment is prepared and operational for the next day.
• Adhere to safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory, replenish supplies, and minimize waste.
• Respond promptly to guest questions or requests to ensure satisfaction.
• May perform other minor maintenance tasks and preventative duties as needed.
