Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician with basic training in HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing to contribute to hotel operations.

You will oversee engineering/maintenance, maintain the building, grounds, and asset protection, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year maintenance experience, a high school diploma, punctuality, flexibility, and strong guest-service orientation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance
• High School diploma or equivalent of the same
• Must be reliable, punctual and flexible

Responsibilities

• Oversees all Engineering/Maintenance operations and maintains the building, grounds, and physical plant with focus on safety and asset protection
• Accountable for the maintenance budget, capital projects, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation for the hotel
• Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements
• Ensure proper completion of all duties and projects
• Perform maintenance of guestrooms, public areas, back of the house, and laundry
• Maintain exterior appearance, parking, landscaping, and related facilities
