Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations in hospitality or residential settings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on tool use and diagnostic devices.
• Electrical repair experience including electrical equipment and PLC familiarity is a plus.
• HVAC, plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting and general upkeep skills.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot independently.
• English communication and supervisory capabilities.
• Certifications related to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Repair and maintain facilities equipment (elevators, lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, electrical systems).
• Perform welding, carpentry, painting and other handyman tasks for interior/exterior upkeep.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and repair techniques, adhering to safety standards.
• Oversee plumbing system maintenance and ensure efficient operation.
• Supervise junior maintenance staff or contractors as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance, parts inventory, and work orders; ensure safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or urgent maintenance issues; communicate effectively with team.
