Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Engineer to maintain hotel facilities and ensure safety and functionality across guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. You will respond to guest and team requests, perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry tasks, and conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify issues.

You will document all activities and contribute to a culture of hospitality, integrity, leadership, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record inspections and repairs and flag issues for follow-up
