Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities for guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond to service requests and guest or team member work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Document inspections and repairs and flag issues needing further attention.
