Stein Eriksen Lodge, part of The Stein Collection, seeks a skilled Engineering Supervisor to lead a team that troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains engineering systems across guestrooms and public areas in Park City, Utah.

Responsibilities include supervising room calls techs, maintaining building systems, and performing preventative maintenance while coordinating with front-of-house staff. A background in trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or carpentry is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the listed trades.
• 2+ years of supervising hotel engineering technicians or similar teams.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a diverse team of engineering technicians.
• Respond to guest room calls as required.
• Provide technical support to staff.
• Maintain building systems and perform routine maintenance.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical, plumbing, or mechanical components.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and assigned projects.
• Snow removal and other related tasks as needed.
