Responsibilities

Perform skilled painting, including prep, mixing, color matching, priming, sealing, sanding, and finishing using various coatings.
Apply drywall texture, wallpaper, and touch-up paint for consistent aesthetics.
Patch and repair drywall to meet safety and visual standards.
Safely operate and maintain painting tools and equipment.
Label, store, and manage paint/supply inventory per safety regulations.
Respond promptly to maintenance/service calls and guest requests.
