Avion Hospitality Employee Services LLC seeks a Strategic Chief Engineer to lead the hotel’s Engineering department in Lexington, KY. You will oversee maintenance, asset protection, and capital expenditures to maximize ROI while ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, drive energy management, safety, and ensure compliance with regulations. This leadership role collaborates with housekeeping, front desk, F&B, and other departments

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hospitality facilities management experience.
• Previous Chief Engineer or Director of Engineering at a large full-service property.
• Experience leading facilities, construction and renovation projects.
• Certified Pool Operator or able to be certified within six months.
• Licenses or certifications in HVACR or EPA are a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and senior-level management skills.
