Lead a skilled team and partner with hotel leadership to support operational and financial goals. The role requires a strong background in building systems, proactive maintenance, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hotel engineering or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
• CPO Certification.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive engineering and maintenance strategy.
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Manage the engineering department budget and capital projects.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs and routine inspections.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
• Identify energy efficiency opportunities and implement savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and other departments to support operations.
• Provide emergency response and maintenance leadership when needed.
