Qualifications

• 6 years or more of progressive hotel or building management experience
• Experience in opening hotels or pre-opening preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior of the building, parking lot, and common areas
• Maintain all equipment in guest rooms and perform monthly safety inspections
• Train staff on safety and emergency procedures
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with corporate maintenance on projects
• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and cost tracking reports
• Develop and implement quality control programs
• Inspect projects for compliance with building and safety codes
