Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience preferably in a hotel.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment critical to building operation; proper chemical handling and disposal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of ice machines, refrigeration units, and air handling units.
• Deliver strong guest service orientation and resolve issues to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure safety and maintenance standards per franchise and hotel rules.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.
