Job summary

Parrot Key Hotel & Villas, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Hotel Engineer I to help maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support preventative maintenance to ensure safety and high-quality service for guests.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork within a resort environment.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Previous maintenance, engineering, construction, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
