GF Hotels & Resorts has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Dual Property General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Westlake and Townplace Suites by Marriott Cleveland Westlake.

Day-to-day duties will involve hiring new employees, training them, managing all hotel departments, and guaranteeing outstanding guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings

Qualifications
  • Marriott experience required
  • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
  • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
  • A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the hospitality field, is required
  • Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field
  • Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
