Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time dining associate at Westin Hotel Huntsville. The role involves greeting guests, seating them, assisting with food and beverage needs, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked dining area in line with brand standards.

The position requires early weekend hours (Saturdays and Sundays, 5 AM–12 PM) and adherence to health codes for food temperatures and safety. Health code compliance is emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive and offer choice of seating in the dining area.
• Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the dining area.
• Maintain proper set-up of dining area.
• Preparation of food according to Crescent/brand standards and ensuring proper temperatures of hot and cold items according to health code regulations.
• Replenish food and service supplies and utensils in the dining area.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment in the kitchen & dining areas.
• Clean out all refrigerators and reach-ins daily; label, date and rotate all food items.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen floors and vacuum dining area.
• Position is Weekends only. Saturday and Sunday mornings, 5 AM to 12 PM.
