Zusammenfassung

Atrium Hospitality seeks an Associate Counsel to provide practical guidance on commercial contracts, vendor and supplier agreements, and to support litigation and employment-law matters in a fast-paced hotel operation.

The role requires a JD, bar admission, and private-practice experience. Expect collaboration across Legal Operations, HR, and hotel operations, with travel up to 15% and a full-time schedule at our Alpharetta location.

Qualifikationen

• Private-practice experience: At least two years in private practice preferred.
• Legal-industry experience: Five or more years of legal experience preferred.
• Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical legal guidance on commercial contracts, including group business agreements and vendor and supplier agreements.
• Support litigation and claims involving general liability, workers’ compensation, third-party subpoenas, and insurance coverage matters.
• Advise on workforce-related legal risk, including employment agreements, workplace safety, contract labor, and other employment matters requiring attorney review.
• Develop and maintain legal playbooks, templates, checklists, guidelines, and other resources that promote consistent and scalable practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and collaborate with Legal Operations and other departments to implement practical solutions.
• Support additional legal matters and responsibilities necessary to advance the priorities of the organization.
