Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and maintenance within hospitality settings.
• Ability to repair doors, windows, furniture and related structures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility structures: doors, windows, furniture, and other structures.
• Manage maintenance schedules: timely guest room maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Execute carpentry projects: build furniture, signs, props, and items for other departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop: keep tools and equipment in good condition.
• Inspect and ensure quality: regular checks for safety and quality of carpentry work.
• Document maintenance activities: record inspections and repairs and flag issues.
