Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Hotel Houseman to support the Qavartarvik Customer lodge in Bethel, AK. This on-site role involves cleaning and facility support to maintain a clean and orderly hotel environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning various hotel areas, assisting staff, handling light maintenance, and aiding guests with luggage. Flu shots are required pre-hire and annually thereafter, with rotating shifts including weekends and callouts.

Qualifications

• Rotating shifts, weekends, callouts required.
• fluent English (spoken, read, and written).
• Flu shot pre-hire and annually thereafter.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• Six months of hospitality experience or related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Clean, sweep, vacuum, mop or restock hotel areas (hallways, stairways, kitchens, laundry, restrooms, common areas, etc).
• Dust and wipe surfaces in low and high areas.
• Clean all floor types (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming).
• Use appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions for tasks.
• Remove and dispose of discarded materials properly.
• Assist housekeepers and front desk personnel as needed.
• May clean outside areas or remove ice and snow when necessary.
• Assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Wear the proper uniform per associate handbook.
• Know emergency procedures.
