Job summary

The Knickerbocker Chicago, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is hiring a Restaurant Busser to enhance guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will support the restaurant team, clear and reset tables, and help maintain clean, organized dining stations with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include serving guests, assisting with service flow, and maintaining standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and prep tables for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations and equipment.
• Serve beverages, bread and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Perform general cleaning tasks per supervisor guidance.
