Job summary

The Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC is hiring for a breakfast service role in Dunn, NC. You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down breakfast areas, ensuring proper food handling, and keeping the area clean and well-stocked.

A neat appearance and friendly attitude are required for daily guest interaction. Responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, logging daily forms, and performing related tasks as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to stand/walk for significant periods.
• Requires the ability to lift 15-25 pounds infrequently.
• Must be able to kneel, reach, crawl, and twist torso as needed to accomplish tasks.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove breakfast and all its standards.
• Ensure knowledge of the foods served.
• Maintain neat, uniformed appearance and nametag.
• Keep breakfast area clean, organized and stocked.
• Record daily brand forms for management.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
• Clear trash and clean areas during and after breakfast shift.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean carpets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete setup and removal of the breakfast and all of its standards
• Is willing to or could obtain proper food handling certificates
• Is fully knowledgeable of food being served
• Maintains and is neatly attired at all times in the required uniform and nametag
• Maintains a professional and congenial attitude
• Checks the breakfast area for neatness, cleanliness, proper set-up, and backup supplies
• Completes daily recordings of specific brand forms to be used by management
• Performs other reasonable related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and management
• Clears trash and empties area trash containers as needed throughout the breakfast shift
• Mops, sweeps, dusts, and cleans carpets and any other areas as needed during and after the breakfast shift
