Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Hospitality Attendant to support dining service in our hotel. You will set up the hospitality area, greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following brand standards and safety regulations.

You will perform side work, maintain cleanliness, and assist with all aspects of service as needed in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Set up hospitality area before service, arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring proper table settings.
• Greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness and serving regulations.
• Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Assist with all aspects of service as requested.

The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for set up, clearing and cleanliness of the hospitality area in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. As a Hospitality Attendant you play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patrons.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:

Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
