Hotel Bistro Cook - Courtyard by Marriott, Littleton, MA

Join Lafrance Hospitality as a Hotel Bistro Cook at the Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton, MA. We are hiring for AM & PM shifts and offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast and bar menu items, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation, and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast and bar-style menu items according to recipes
• Ensure food presentation and temperature standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with inventory and food storage
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff for timely service

Requirements:

• Previous cooking experience preferred, especially in hotel or restaurant settings
