Hotel Bistro Cook - Courtyard by Marriott, Littleton, MA

Join Lafrance Hospitality as a Hotel Bistro Cook at the Courtyard by Marriott in Littleton, MA. We are hiring for AM & PM shifts. Play a vital role in providing a delightful dining experience for our guests!

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast and bar-style menu items according to standardized recipes
• Ensuring food presentation and temperature standards are met
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Following safety and sanitation regulations
• Assisting with inventory and food storage
• Collaborating with front-of-house staff for timely service

Shift details: 5:30 AM - 10:30 AM, 4:30 PM - 11:00 PM on weekdays and weekends. Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Preferred previous cooking experience, especially in hotels or restaurants
