Barista – Location: Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis, IN, 46241.

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team at Indianapolis International Airport. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand during busy periods.

Qualifications
