Job summary

Hospitality America seeks a Full-Time Bartender for Home2Suites Murrells Inlet to provide outstanding service, craft beverages, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests at the hotel.

Ideal candidates hold an Alcohol Server Certificate, have food service experience, and can work independently with strong attention to detail; responsibilities include mixing drinks, inventory, cash handling, equipment maintenance, and maintaining a clean bar area.

Qualifications

• Must have an Alcohol Server Certificate issued through a SCDOR approved agency.
• Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Monitors bar inventory and takes appropriate action.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Operate and maintain various food and beverage equipment.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and seating areas.
